Proactive Communication: I will keep you informed of every step in your home selling experience. You will know every detail that I know about showings, offers, inspections, lending and underwriting issues, and anything else needed to navigate through this home selling journey. You WILL NOT feel like you’re in the dark.

Negotiation Skills:  I’m a ‘well-seasoned’ Real Estate Professional that has had his hand in every type of Residential sale in multiple market conditions over the past 20+ years.  I tend to stay 3 to 4 steps ahead of what we will encounter together to prepare you for success. Staging and Presentation:  There are generally two types of home viewing experiences that buyers encounter when showing property – they either see a home that they can picture themselves living in and feel good about it, or they feel like they are intruding on someone else’s living space.  I will help coach you and provide resources as needed to ensure that your showings are a hit!

Network of Professionals:  I have 100’s of great professional relationships with competitors, contractors, inspectors, and everything else that has a connection to the Real Estate industry.  We collaborate with one another for the greater good of professional movement and solving issues. 

Professional Photography:  I usually hire a professional photographer at my expense when we list your property for sale.  I’m picky and expect your home photos to be nothing short of excellent.  We want a solid first impression online.  I am willing to do drone footage and virtual shots, but let’s talk about that first.  There are advantages to keeping your online media simpler.
